Cake “Without” Rival –Sans Rival

Ginjer’s specialty cake—the Sans Rival. It is truly without rival. Made with egg whites to create a meringue crispy taste with some cashew to add to the flavor. It is a layer cake and one you should not miss. For April it is on special, 8 inch is 1000NT and 10 inch is 1300NT.
