The Moon is Smiling!

It is the Chinese Mid Autumn Festival again and the most important part of the festival is to have the moon smiling on a successful harvest. So send our cupcakes to all your friends, business associates, and family wishing them a successful “harvest” this year.

Combining East and West

The crowd pleaser in traditional moon cakes are the whole egg yolks that are hidden inside. This year, we decided that if they are so good in the moon cake then the egg yolk would be even better in our cupcakes. So, we put the egg yolk in our red velvet and our Ginjer Special (vanilla) cupcakes. They are simply amazing. Come try them!

Bar Cookies @ Ginjer

Introducing our bar cookies—we have the blondie—which combines the chocolate chip, walnuts, and coconut into one delicious bar. Then the peanut butter bar, plain granola bar, and cranberry granola bar. Come try them out!
