Non-Transfat Ingredients

At Ginjer, we use ingredients that promote healthy food. For products that require oil, we use only canola oil, which has zero trans fat. We are constantly researching for ingredients that would best serve the health of our consumers.

Ginjer offers a number of different wedding cake ideas.

Combination cup cakes and layered cake. The cup cakes for you to use as party favors and the large cake to slice for all your guests to eat.

With any order of our wedding cakes, we provide cake cutting service to ensure that each of your wedding guests gets a slice of cake to share in the couple’s wedded bliss.

Children's Cupcake Decorating

Cup Cake Decorating: For the summer, we have revamped our cup cake decorating class for the children to learn more about cakes, icing, and decorating.

Freshly Baked Cookies at Home!!!

You can purchase our frozen cookie dough and have freshly baked cookies to impress your guests. Available flavors include Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin, Lemon, and Gingerbread. They are NT150 each. Call us to order.
